Step 4: Your process journey - we step into your client's shoes and look at how the whole customer experience helps them; starting from reading the book and moving into one of your client service offers. What journey will your process take them on?

Step 5: Your success stories and benefits - we highlight the benefits your clients receive and follow through what needs to go in the book to inspire others. How can the book best demonstrate the wins you've achieved with your clients?
