To provide you with a service, I will need to process your personal data. To ensure I follow laws and guidelines to hold your information securely, I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. I will only use your data to provide you with this service or for any additional reason you explicitly consent to below.

The GDPR ensures your personal and sensitive data is kept private, held securely, and processed only as agreed. This applies to personal details, session notes, text messages, emails, and other data related to your treatment. My Privacy Policy describes how I handle your personal data.
I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), which requires that I retain your data for 8 years after your final session. If you are under 18, records must be held until your 25th birthday, or your 26th birthday, if you were 17 when therapy ended. This follows NHS data retention guidelines.
Yes. Under UK GDPR, you can request that your records be deleted. Paper records will be cross-shredded, and digital records permanently erased. A copy of your deletion request will be securely retained for legal purposes.
I collect information in your Initial Consultation about why you’re seeking therapy, relevant medical history, and session notes to provide you with informed, high-quality care. Your GP and any other medical professionals or emergency contact details will only be used with your explicit consent.
Text messages are on a PIN-locked work phone

Yes. All your sessions are strictly confidential. I may share anonymised details with my supervisor to ensure high standards of care and to maintain my professional development. The information identifying you personally is never disclosed without your consent.
Yes. If you disclose intent to harm yourself or someone else, I may need to contact emergency services. I will always aim to inform you first. If required by law or court order, I must provide information to legal authorities.
To protect your privacy, I may acknowledge you with a smile but will not engage in conversation unless invited by you. You are welcome to speak about your therapy, but I will not discuss it outside the therapy room.
Only with your consent. For example, I will only notify your GP of the start or end of your therapy if you confirm your consent in writing.

I am professionally registered with the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
Sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £77. Fees are payable before or at the end of each session by bank transfer. You may also book and pay in advance for a six-week course of sessions to benefit from reduced fees of £397. For retired adults on a low-income state pension, fees can be reduced to £40 per session for a limited number of sessions. If my fees change, this will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Your attendance is a vital part of the therapeutic process.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, please text or WhatsApp me on 07815 782696. I will do my best to accommodate the full session, but this cannot be guaranteed. Full fees still apply.
Cancellation Policy: Please let me know if you cannot attend your scheduled time. Fees that apply:
More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee.
Less than 12 hours’ notice: Full fee still applies.
Clinical solution focused hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming require active participation. Part of the process includes regular reflection time and completion of any recommended exercises between sessions. Listening to recordings or reflecting on materials provided will support the effectiveness of the therapy.
